What would DahlbergCentral do, indeed. Let me first say that I haven't read this guy's posts, and even if I do, I am not the legal scholar that the elder DC blogger is and probably couldn't say much about whether this ad agency has a good case or not. But still, it sounds like an egregious attack on this company, small-time peanuts blogger or not. It serves as (yet another) cautionary tale in this wild, wild west of the Internet.
