Ohio ‘Naked Photographer’ Suspect Nabbed

COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) – Police believe they have caught a man known as the “naked photographer,” who is accused of sneaking up on women while wearing little more than a baseball cap and photographing their shocked expressions.

Officers arrested a naked man late Wednesday night in an alley behind a supermarket near where a woman reported being confronted. The man was not identified immediately.

What the AP doesn’t report:

Stephen P. Linnen, the man who police say is the “naked photographer,” is expected to post a $250,000 bond on a gross sexual imposition charge after appearing in a Franklin County court Friday morning.

Linnen, 32, of Columbus, was charged with public indecency and assault. He posted bond Wednesday but was later arrested again by police in Gahanna. He was then charged with felony counts of kidnapping and gross sexual imposition, NewsChannel 4 reported.

Linnen is deputy legal counsel for House Speaker Larry Householder.
